About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Organic Acquisition to drive our organic acquisition growth through the constant development of our strategic content production, SEO (on-page and off-page), optimizations, and amplifying it across social platforms, blogs, podcasts, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop our overall SEO and content marketing strategy, focusing on on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Implementation: Drive the implementation of our SEO and organic growth initiatives to improve search rankings and increase organic visibility.
  • Optimization: Optimize all web-related aspects, including website UX, conversions, content planning, SEO strategy execution, and landing page optimization.
  • Analysis: Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Experimentation: Conduct AB tests for conversion improvements and experiment to scale acquisition.
  • Creative Management: Oversee copy and design creation, ensuring high-quality content alignment with our Consultport brand voice, style, and design standards.
  • Team Alignment & Mentorship: Manage and guide our designer, content creators, and copywriters to enhance content quality, performance, and user growth.
  • Growth Performance: Track and analyze growth and performance metrics of content and web, making data-driven recommendations to grow and optimize user growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of organic growth marketing experience with expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and email marketing.
  • A strong sense of great content quality that attracts and converts users.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German, and French as a plus.
