Job Description

We're seeking a talented Head of Organic Acquisition to drive our organic growth through strategic content production, SEO, and social media amplification. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO and content marketing strategy, improving search rankings, and increasing organic visibility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing our SEO and content marketing strategy
  • Driving the implementation of our SEO and organic growth initiatives
  • Optimizing our website UX, growing conversions, and planning content
  • Conducting keyword research, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying opportunities for content optimization
  • Experimenting with AB tests for conversion improvements and scaling acquisition
  • Overseeing copy and design creation, ensuring high-quality alignment with our brand voice and style
  • Managing and guiding our designer, content creators, and copywriters to enhance content quality and performance
  • Tracking and analyzing growth and performance metrics of content and web, making data-driven recommendations to grow and optimize user growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of organic growth marketing experience with expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
  • A strong sense for great content quality that attracts and converts users
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German (French is a plus)
