Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Leiter SAP Beschaffung, Operations, der unsere SAP-Module im Bereich Beschaffung und Operations weiterentwickelt und optimiert. Der Kandidat sollte über fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP-Module PP, MM, QM und VC verfügen und Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen im SAP-Umfeld haben.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Die disziplinarische Leitung und Koordination eines Teams mit 10 hochqualifizierten SAP-Beratern für die Bereiche Beschaffung, Qualitätsmanagement und Materialstamm.
  • Die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen und performanten Betrieb und die technologische Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden SAP-Module.
  • Die konsistente und integrierte Realisierung von Geschäftsvorfällen in S/4 HANA, inklusive der Erstellung notwendiger Dokumentation.
  • Die Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten SAP S/4 HANA-Templates und die digitale Transformation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Business-Verantwortlichen.
  • Die Durchführung von Rollouts der jeweiligen Releases sowohl im nationalen als auch im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Die übergreifende Projekt- und Ressourcenplanung, sowie das Eskalationsmanagement.
  • Die Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams und die Schaffung eines motivierenden und inspirierenden Arbeitsumfelds.
Profil
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder in der Führung von Projektteams im SAP-Umfeld.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise in S/4 HANA.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP- und Geschäftsprozesse in den verantworteten sowie angrenzenden und abhängigen Bereichen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der relevanten SAP-Module wie PP, MM, QM oder VC.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägte Team-, Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit, verbunden mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und analytischem Denkvermögen.
  • Eine methodische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, geprägt von Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Zielorientierung.
