About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated scholar to join our team as a Fellow in Experience Activation. This role is pivotal in supporting the technical operations of the SAP Experience Center Munich and assisting in the implementation and configuration of the Experience Content Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the technical operations of the SAP Experience Center Munich, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of the Experience Content Management System, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for assigned features, balancing user needs, technical effort, and business impact.
  • Contribute to transformation projects across all Experience Centres, driving technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Work closely with our other Experience Services teams on technical topics, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing.
  • Support in various projects and customer touchpoints, delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Knowledge of Cloud/web development, database management, and networking fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of setting up hardware and hardware troubleshooting, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (fluent spoken and written), with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • First experience in managing projects, with a focus on technical operations and cloud development.
