• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach, with a focus on delivering results.
• Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
