About the Role
We are seeking a visionary leader to guide our procurement digitalization strategy as the Director of Procurement Digital Transformation. You will be responsible for shaping the future of procurement at HARMAN, leading a team of global experts to implement cutting-edge solutions and elevate our operations to industry best practices.
Reporting directly to the Procurement Excellence lead, you will champion digital transformation initiatives, drive process improvements, and position procurement as a strategic driver within the organization.
Your TeamYou will lead a team of 6-8 direct reports, including project leads and procurement specialists, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
What You Will Do- Digital Procurement Framework & Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive digitalization strategy for procurement, encompassing all related processes, systems, and technologies. Oversee the implementation of a robust roadmap to achieve strategic objectives.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate procurement workflows, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to gain insights into procurement performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Implement systems for tracking key metrics and reporting on progress.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and align procurement strategies with overall business goals. Effectively communicate the value of digital transformation initiatives.
