About the Role

G2 Recruitment GmbH is currently seeking multiple Junior Recruitment Consultants to join the fast-growing Munich office, located in the heart of the city. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients and candidates, from initial job briefings to providing interview feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for clients and candidates, including job briefings, candidate sourcing, and interview feedback
  • Utilize business development techniques to identify new clients and approach them with tailored recruitment solutions
  • Identify and qualify candidates to present to clients, building strong relationships and expertise in the sector
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and support the overall team and office goals
  • Work in established sectors for g2, including Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, to expand our footprint and identify new market opportunities
Benefits
  • Uncapped commission structure on top of basic salary, with OTEs of €45,000 in the first year, €70-80,000 in the second year, and €90,000-100,000 in the third year
  • Basic salary of €34,000 for candidates with an undergraduate university degree, €35,000 for candidates with a master's degree, and €37,000 for candidates with a degree and B2 German language proficiency
