About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager B2B Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the telecommunications or ICT industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
