About the Role:
The Advertising Team at eBay is reinventing advertising. We craft innovative ad-tech solutions to optimize ad monetization and experience on our platform. Our goal is to build a valuable experience for both buyers and sellers, while driving performance for advertisers.
We innovate rapidly in the ad-tech space and offer numerous new challenges for motivated individuals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities with Brands aligned with the eBay Ads strategy.
- Negotiate and execute deals in complex situations.
- Define key metrics for success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at eBay to ensure partner success.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in digital media, focusing on client direct relationships.
- Demonstrated creative, strategic, and analytical capabilities, with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable metrics.
- Deep understanding of search, display, ad-tech, and other media issues.
- Strong working relationships with consumer-facing product and engineering teams, preferably within the advertising space.
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed and multilayered environment.
- Executive presence.
- Fluency in German and English.
eBay offers a competitive salary of approximately $130,000 per year, based on location and experience.
