We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Office People Holding. As a trusted staffing company, we bring thousands of people together every day with our extensive customer network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the construction materials industry. They will be responsible for actively acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers, presenting our offer and building a customer base, handling the sales process, and analyzing customer needs to support purchasing decisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and listening skills, with the ability to conduct business talks with customers and negotiate effectively. They will be a team player with a customer-oriented focus and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of relationships with current customers
  • Presentation of our offer and building of a customer base
  • Handling of the sales process
  • Analysis of customer needs and support of purchasing decisions
  • Technical advice for customers
  • Active sale of modern roofing and waterproofing materials in construction to specific groups of German customers in a designated area (B2B sales)
  • Achievement of set sales goals
  • Participation in marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of German (level C1/C2) and very good knowledge of English or Polish (level B1/B2)
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in sales in the construction materials industry on the German market
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Driving license and knowledge of the topography of southern Germany
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and listening skills
  • Ability to conduct business talks with customers and negotiate effectively
  • Customer orientation and focus on achieving goals and finalizing sales processes
  • Independence, commitment, passion for sales
  • Energy and determination to achieve goals
  • Ability to work under time pressure
