About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team in southern Germany. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with current ones in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing relationships
  • Presentation of our offer and building a customer base through the sales process
  • Analysis of customer needs and support in purchasing decisions
  • Technical advice for customers
  • Active sales of modern roofing and waterproofing materials in construction to specific groups of German customers in a designated area (B2B sales)
  • Achievement of set sales goals
  • Participation in marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of German (level C1/C2) and good knowledge of English or Polish (B1/B2)
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in sales in the construction industry
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Driving license and knowledge of the topography of southern Germany
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, listening skills
  • Ease in conducting business talks with customers, negotiation skills
  • Customer orientation and focus on achieving goals and finalizing sales processes
  • Independence, commitment, passion for sales
  • Energy and determination to achieve goals
  • Ability to work under time pressure
