We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team in northern Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones;
  • Present our offer and build a customer base through effective sales processes;
  • Analyze customer needs and provide technical advice to support their purchasing decisions;
  • Drive the sales of modern roofing and waterproofing materials in the construction industry to specific groups of German customers in a designated area;
  • Achieve set sales goals and participate in marketing campaigns;


Requirements:

  • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level) and very good English or Polish language skills (B1/B2 level);
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in sales in the construction materials industry on the German market;
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams);
  • Driving license and knowledge of the topography of southern Germany;
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and listening skills;
  • Ability to conduct business talks with customers, negotiation skills;
  • Customer orientation and focus on achieving goals and finalizing sales processes;
  • Independence, commitment, passion for sales;
  • Energy and determination to achieve goals;
  • Ability to work under time pressure;
