Job Title: Data Management Lead - Material Master Cluster

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Lead to oversee the Material Master data cluster at our Frankfurt Headquarter.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the strategy, objectives, and implementation plan for the Material Master data cluster

* Lead and mentor Data Owners or Sub-Owners in the cluster

* Ensure data objects definition for the Material Master cluster follows standards and policies across the organization

* Provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules

* Oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within the cluster

Requirements:

* Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies

* Several years of professional experience in a leadership role

* Relevant experience in Master Data Management in a technical and commercial context

* In-depth knowledge of SAP Data model, industry-leading Data Quality and Data Management practices

* Highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies

* Excellent analytical skills with focus on details and problem-solving competence
