Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive our ambitious growth strategy forward. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, developing outreach strategies, and conducting online demos to showcase our platform and sell our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all relevant steps from needs assessment through lead qualification to product demos
  • Converting leads into customers
  • Closing new business based on our targets
  • Reaching out to business clients at the decision-maker level
  • Conducting complex negotiation meetings at the management level
  • Building relationships with potential customers and internal stakeholders to generate new business
  • Collaborating with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to further develop our sales strategy
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with a strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
  • Experience in digital transformation and modern tool landscapes
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Exceptional sales and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Fluent in German and English
