About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Project Management Specialist to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a key member of our R&D management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the R&D management in strategic and organizational tasks, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Facilitate data-driven management decisions by providing in-depth analyses and reports, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute key meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment within the R&D team and with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the R&D budgeting process, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.
  • Support program-wide resource planning, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
  • Take on project management responsibility for specific projects, driving them from initiation to closure.
  • Drive alignment within the R&D team and manage interfaces to key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Project Management Specialist with a strong background in project management and IT tools. Your profile should include:

  • A good university degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in medical technology.
  • High proficiency in project management and IT tools, with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational talent, excellent communication skills, and a structured and result-oriented working style.
  • Reliable, independent, and accurate working style, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent language skills.
