Senior Business Expert S/4HANA Lead to Cash Transformation Specialist

ZEISS is embarking on a transformative journey to standardize and harmonize its business processes across the entire Group. With the goal of achieving efficiency, effectiveness, speed, flexibility, and compliance, the company aims to realign its business processes globally and make the entire Group ready for the future.
The project, known as FIT4, is a critical component of ZEISS's #agenda25 initiative. As a Senior Business Expert S/4HANA Lead to Cash Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing this ambitious project.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the adaptation of end-to-end business processes to align with FIT4 goals, including process modeling and liaison with entity business experts.
- Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes.
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy, focusing on data migration and roles setup, to ensure a smooth transition.
- Design and own test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region, primarily within a segment, and as needed, across SBUs/segments.
- Collaborate with the training lead to create training material and, if required, end-user training.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with SAP SD module.
- In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report, and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management).
- Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes.
- Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
