Your Role

  • Support the R&D management in strategic and organizational tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to facilitate informed management decisions, driving business growth and success.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute key meetings, fostering open communication and alignment within the R&D team.
  • Manage the R&D budgeting process, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal project outcomes.
  • Support program-wide resource planning, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Take on project management responsibility for specific projects, driving them forward with precision and dedication.
  • Drive alignment within the R&D team and manage interfaces to key stakeholders, ensuring a unified vision and successful project delivery.

Your Profile

  • A good university degree in engineering, management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in relevant knowledge and skills.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in medical technology, showcasing expertise and a proven track record.
  • High proficiency in project management and IT tools, ensuring seamless execution and efficient project delivery.
  • Strong organizational talent and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Structured and result-oriented, with a reliable, independent, and accurate working style.
  • Fluent in English and German, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across languages and cultures.
