We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Project Management Specialist to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a key member of our R&D management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the R&D management in strategic and organizational tasks, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
- Facilitate data-driven management decisions by providing in-depth analyses and reports, driving business growth and improvement.
- Plan, prepare, and execute key meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment within the R&D team and with key stakeholders.
- Manage the R&D budgeting process, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.
- Support program-wide resource planning, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
- Take on project management responsibility for specific projects, driving project success and delivering results.
- Drive alignment within the R&D team and manage interfaces to key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Project Management Specialist with a strong background in project management and IT tools. You will have a good university degree in engineering, management, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in medical technology.

- Strong organizational talent, excellent communication skills, and a structured and result-oriented working style.
