Overview
We are seeking a skilled individual for the position of PMO Management (f/m/d) within the HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH division, located at our Oberkochen site.Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and oversee the execution of work packages in collaboration with designated project teams.
- Lead the execution of specialized divisional topics, projects, and overarching initiatives independently.
- Streamline internal processes and enhance cross-departmental and cross-divisional workflows.
- Uphold established project management methodologies and standards, while monitoring and reporting project progress to the leadership team.
- Organize, direct, and manage both internal and external events.
- Prepare and organize documentation and analyses for divisional management.
- Assist in the strategic planning and development of the division.
Candidate Profile
- A completed university degree in engineering, business administration, or humanities.
- Significant experience in managing complex projects.
- Proven expertise in change management processes.
- Experience in developing presentations for executive-level audiences.
- A self-reliant and analytical approach to work.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- A confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in both German and English at a business level.
