About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Product Partnership Lead to join our team at Wolt. As a key member of our Enterprise Business Development team, you will be responsible for leading negotiations and managing commercial partnerships with our key strategic technical partners in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Negotiations: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our merchant business through technology partnerships, leading negotiations with key partners and managing commercial partnerships.
  • Strategize Growth: Help develop the optimal strategy and prioritization to grow our merchant business, crafting quarterly and annual plans that drive business forward.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including sales, account management, operations, product, marketing, analytics, and finance to expand our product portfolio.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the merchant tech ecosystem, developing a deep understanding of our merchants' needs and the best ways to go to market and win.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments, such as tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or related fields.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience working with POS, Middleware, Order Management systems, ERPs, and other Product & Integration providers within the merchant / delivery tech ecosystem.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in structuring and growing product partnerships, leading negotiation processes, and heading GTM efforts from ideation to launch.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functional teams and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
