Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Buchhaltung)We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Buchhaltung department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing financial transactions, managing accounts, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices and payments
- Manage accounts, including reconciliations and balance sheet preparation
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document management
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, including correspondence and reporting
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung or equivalent experience
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Very good English language skills
- Experience in the media industry is an asset
- Good understanding of MS Office, including Excel
