We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at PLU Top Assistant GmbH. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional reception services to clients and stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate office operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including conference room management
- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and presents a professional image
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
