**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our event team as an administrative support specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our events, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the event team with administrative tasks, such as responding to inquiries, planning events, and participating in trade shows and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the event team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, including coordinating logistics and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage customer data and maintain accurate records.
- Support research and presentation preparation.
- Take ownership of specific projects and contribute to the growth and development of our events.
**Requirements**
- Currently studying tourism, event management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard software applications.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
