About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at PROS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise software market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise-level customers, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development to build relationships and close deals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, setting goals and targets to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Business Development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, identifying new opportunities and areas for growth and expansion.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and drive sales success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in enterprise software or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the enterprise software market and industry trends.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
