Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales process for our Renewables Division, focusing on Offshore Wind Service. You will work closely with our Sales Director and other stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our product portfolio and market trends
  • Provide sales support and guidance to junior sales team members
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
