Senior Sales Representative for German Market

We are seeking a detail-oriented sales representative who embodies persuasiveness, expressiveness, and empathy to strengthen our team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a challenging environment and willing to learn.
The role plays a central part in the initial contact with potential customers and will be a valuable addition to our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Initiate initial contact with customers.
- Identify potential customers.
- Support our strategy consultants in their operational activities.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop sales strategies.
- Conduct telephone preparation and consultation for our prospects.
- Plan and prepare appointments for our strategy consultants, including pre- and post-meeting activities.
- Initiate phone contact with customers and generate interest in a consultation appointment.
- Maintain customer data in our CRM system.
What We Offer:
Salary: €3,000 per month (gross) - €36,000 annual salary
