Dynamic Sales Ambassador for Refugee Employment

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a freelance sales representative on a commission basis. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting refugees with meaningful employment opportunities and supporting businesses with their staffing needs.
About the Role- Outbound and Inbound Sales: Engage in outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and expand our reach.
- Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Qualify and nurture leads through our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, and effective communication with potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively manage existing customer relationships, build trust, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell or cross-selling opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, new opportunities, and refine sales strategies.
- Telephone Sales: Conduct telephone sales calls with new and existing customers, present Uvvo's value proposition, address specific needs, and close deals.
- Partner Network Support: Assist in expanding our partner network, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to our business growth.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, build trust, and compellingly convey Uvvo's value proposition to a diverse customer base.
- Sales Experience: Have basic sales experience and a proven ability to identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals.
- German Proficiency: Fluency in German is essential for effective communication with our target audience. Good English skills are also desirable.
- Customer Orientation: Show strong customer orientation, a passion for making a positive impact, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Initiative and Motivation: Display initiative, motivation, and a strong work ethic to succeed in a dynamic startup environment.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to accept a flexible schedule, with the possibility of working 10 hours per week, mainly in the mornings.
- Estimated Salary: €20-€25 per hour (dependent on experience), plus performance-based commission.
