About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell products to customers and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support to other team members
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain a high level of product expertise
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a high standard of presentation

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience or experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
