About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team at Exyte. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our supplier base, identifying new suppliers, and performing pre-qualification processes to ensure they meet our procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing supplier base and identify new suppliers to meet our procurement needs
  • Lead the RFP process, including requirements documentation, internal alignment, and supplier guidance
  • Prepare commercial bid evaluations and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Lead contract clarification and negotiation processes with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate purchase order placement and ensure knowledge transfer to post-award teams
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in business administration or engineering
  • Proven experience in large-scale construction and engineering projects
  • Purchasing experience in technical plant engineering, preferably in semiconductors, battery production, or pharmaceuticals
  • High commercial awareness and fluency in German (B2 level) and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
