Job Title: Corporate Communications Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at Personalwerk Sourcing GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy that supports the organization's objectives, including brand positioning, internal communications, and external messaging
  • Lead and manage a communications team, thereby ensuring high performance and growth
  • Oversee media relations and public relations efforts, manage press releases, media inquiries, and build strong relationships with key media outlets
  • Create and supervise content strategies for digital platforms (website, social media, e-mail marketing), print, and public relations campaigns
  • Ensure message consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials
  • Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to communicate corporate objectives, business results, and key initiatives to internal and external audiences
  • Coordinate and support internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across departments and to promote company culture and values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field, a Master's degree is a plus
  • Considerable experience (5+ years) in a leadership role in communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Profound knowledge in developing and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • A strategic thinker personality with the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level
