About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team at Fluence. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the HR function.
Requirements
  • Studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
