Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team in Erlangen. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including data collection, documentation, and archiving.
Key Responsibilities- Support our HR team with operational, organizational, and administrative tasks in the HR department
- Manage administrative tasks such as data collection, documentation, and archiving
- Assist with document management, personnel administration, and statistics
- Identify and take on tasks independently, with a focus on speed and transparency
- Contribute to a dynamic and diverse team environment
- Studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- First experience in the mentioned fields
- Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
- Experience with IT and a structured and independent working style
- Planning to study for at least two more semesters
- Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
- A positive attitude, fast comprehension, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new challenges
- Attractive salary - based on the IG Metall Bayern Tarifvertrag (at 20 hours/week: €17.71 per month)
