Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

About the Role
This position will be accountable for driving sales and top-line revenue in 1-3 WeWork buildings by executing the full sales cycle for new and renewing members. The role has two main areas of responsibility:
1. Direct Sales, including:
Owning the sales process for offices with new and renewing members, involving pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts
Working with Leasing Directors on Asset Sales for offices with new and renewing members
Generating new sales pipeline for covered buildings
2. Content Expertise, including:
Building knowledge of assigned buildings and the local sub-market, including local attractions, trends, competitors, and pricing
Product knowledge of WeWork's physical spaces, value proposition, and platform
Community building and maintaining relationships with members and key internal teams
Deal structure expertise to optimize sales outcomes and understand how different deal structures relate to WeWork's business objectives
About You
At least 2 to 4 years of full-cycle quota-carrying direct sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Local market knowledge and 2+ years of residence in the market are preferred
Ability to learn WeWork data systems to produce reports on building and sub-market performance
Quantitative aptitude to optimize sales outcomes and conduct analyses for internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred
Quick learner and excited to learn about the real estate industry
Proficient in German and English
Entrepreneurial and resilient mindset
This role is based in Munich, on-site
