About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for our global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document business requirements from various stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications for SAP S/4 HANA implementation
  • Support process owners in building and updating the functional roadmap
  • Identify potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to improve organizational efficiency
  • Develop and implement change management activities, including documentation, training, and roll-out
  • Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into our organization
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable field
  • Profound professional experience in operational units/processes organizations, with a focus on Sales
  • Deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes
  • Project management and successful change management experience
  • Very good knowledge of enterprise systems, including SAP ERP and BW
  • Experience in LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Fluent English and German skills
