Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG - Karriere. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and Analyze Business Requirements: Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for our global SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Support Process Improvement: Collaborate with process owners to develop and improve state-of-the-art processes, clear rules, and guidance.
  • Develop Functional Roadmaps: Assist process owners in building and regularly updating functional roadmaps, proposing innovative ideas to advance the current process landscape.
  • Change Management: Help describe improvement ideas in project charters and support change requests based on input from process owners or the operational organization.
  • Participate in Workshops: Take part in workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities.
  • Industry Expertise: Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption.
  • Market Screening: Support the screening of the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study.
  • Experience: First professional experience in operational units/processes/organizations in a comparable environment with a focus on Master Data Governance.
  • Skills: Good understanding of project management and successful Change Management, analytic thinking, and modeling skills.
  • Language: Fluent English and German skills.
