We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at HARTMANN. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and optimizing our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications for our global SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
- Design and improve state-of-the-art processes, clear rules, and guidance, and establish them in the process house and functional roadmap.
- Support process owners in building and regularly updating the functional roadmap, proposing ideas to advance the current process landscape.
- Identify potential enhancements in existing processes and systems to transform the organization into a leaner entity.
- Develop project charters and change requests based on input from process owners or the operational organization.
- Lead workshops with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities for SAP S/4 HANA.
- Manage change management activities, including documentation, training, and roll-out.
- Participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer outside-in innovations into the PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption.
- Screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable course of study.
- Profound professional experience in operational units/process organizations in a comparable environment with a focus on Sales.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes.
- Deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes.
- Project management and successful Change Management experience.
- Very good knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, BW, etc.).
- Deep experience in LEAN and the LEAN methods, Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Knowledge in Sales processes, Marketing processes, and/or in Order Processing/Customer Service processes is a plus.
- Analytic thinking and modeling skills are among your strengths.
- Fluent English and German skills.
