Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at HARTMANN. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by improving our business processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects to define business requirements with cross-functional teams, operational units, and consultants.
  • Contribute to the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and improve state-of-the-art processes, clear rules, and guidelines, and establish them within the company.
  • Identify potential improvements in existing processes and systems, such as operations warehousing, to make the organization more efficient.
  • Document and communicate process improvements based on inputs from process owners or operational teams.
  • Participate in workshops to identify potential ideas and opportunities.
  • Contribute to change management activities, such as documentation, training, and roll-out.
  • Participate in expert rounds and forums to transfer innovations from outside into the PAUL HARTMANN Group and identify industry standards for adoption.
  • Monitor the external supplier market for innovations and their internal adoption.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • First-hand experience in production processes, preferably in production planning, production execution, production warehousing, or plant maintenance.
  • First-hand experience in project management and successful change management.
  • SAP ERP knowledge, knowledge of adjacent tools is a plus (e.g., EWM, APO).
  • Analytical thinking and modeling skills are essential.
  • Fluent in German and English.
