About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our business processes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Process Design: Design and implement new processes, leveraging your expertise in operational excellence and lean methodologies.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change management activities, including documentation, training, and rollout of new processes.
  • Industry Expertise: Participate in industry expert groups and forums to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in process improvement.
  • Market Research: Screen the external provider market for innovation and internal adoption of new processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable course of study.
  • Experience: Proven experience in operational units/process organizations in a comparable environment with a focus on sales.
  • Skills: Deep and hands-on experience in various functions and processes, project management, and successful change management.
  • Knowledge: Very good knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP ERP, BW, etc.) and lean methodologies.
  • Language: Fluent English and German skills.
