Are you a seasoned software developer looking to take your career to the next level? As a Cloud Native Engineering Leader at Optimus Search, you'll have the opportunity to lead our team of talented engineers in developing provisioning solutions for K8s-related products.

We're looking for a team lead with a solid technological background, recognizing that software developers make exceptional managers for other software developers. You'll have experience in software development, preferably in Go and within the cloud-native domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in developing provisioning solutions for K8s-related products.
  • Manage the development process, ensuring reliable operations and maintaining high-performance standards.
  • Be the primary technical point of contact for the network products.
  • Participate in conceptualization and planning, actively collaborating with the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in software development, preferably in Go and within the cloud-native domain.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (any cloud).
  • Experience in Kubernetes, particularly in building Kubernetes Operators.
  • Supportive and collaborative personality, fostering leadership based on equality rather than authority.
  • Self-reliant with strong intrinsic motivation.
