Transforming Business with Cloud-Native Solutions

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Cloud-Native Developer to join our team in Israel. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering complex product features and functionalities for cutting-edge cloud technologies as part of SAP Business Technology Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop innovative solutions for cloud-native applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Lead backlog items and tasks, guiding other developers for best execution
  • Develop and enhance automation tests to ensure seamless integration
  • Gain advanced overall product and technical knowledge to share with others
  • Focus on end-to-end development, from software requirements to deployment on cloud
  • Proactively monitor and improve the performance of our services

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with 3+ years of proven development experience
  • Experience with SQL databases, database-related optimizations, and data processing
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud Native paradigms, container technologies (Docker, K8S), and cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, GCP)
  • Automation savvy, with experience using testing tools and strategies, JUnit, Mockito, Jenkins, Selenium
  • Experience with debugging and monitoring distributed systems using Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly understand and learn new technologies, concepts, and tools
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
