Multilingual Medical Information Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our team at ProPharma Group. As a key member of our Medical Information Department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to technical inquiries from clients via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and professional information about designated products.
- Comply with client-specific working practices and adhere to ProPharma SOPs and WPs.
- Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Translate English documents into target languages or vice versa, delivering responses via phone or writing and quality checking these.
- Prepare medical information correspondence using existing standard responses or liaising with the Medical Information Support Services department.
- Log all inquiries accurately and comprehensively.
- Manage confidential information in line with Data Privacy regulations.
- Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with medical information provision.
- Perform quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and correspondence to ensure accuracy.
- Completed Pharmacy or life science degree.
- Mother tongue/C1 level in target language and fluency in English.
- Strong translation skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
