Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH is seeking to hire 3 Client Relationship Managers for Switzerland and Austria, aimed at enhancing seller recruitment and improving service for European customers as part of the EU Marketplace Export team.


The ideal candidate will focus on recruiting and developing online sellers from Switzerland or Austria on Amazon's marketplace, assisting them in expanding their businesses.

The Client Relationship Manager will be tasked with driving new business growth and maximizing revenue generation.

In a dynamic and often uncertain environment, the successful candidate will have complete responsibility for achieving business and financial goals.


As part of this role, the Client Relationship Manager will analyze sales and traffic data to uncover opportunities that enable sellers to thrive in the marketplace and provide competitive insights to attract new sellers.

Additionally, the Client Relationship Manager will collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, both locally and internationally, to support the enhancement of existing services and the development of new ones.

The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with various teams across the organization to identify both long-term and short-term growth opportunities for each category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve business and financial targets while driving the growth of Amazon's third-party business.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the Marketplace experience for all sellers through scalable solutions and oversee their implementation.
  • Share insights with peers to promote best practices and discover new opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to understand the underlying causes of seller performance and implement actions to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with Category teams to pinpoint category-specific growth opportunities.
  • Identify and manage projects aimed at improving customer and seller experiences, working closely with both internal and external teams.
Basic Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals at all decision-making levels.
  • Experience in solving analytical problems, either through professional experience (data analysis) or education.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or product management.
  • Background in e-commerce or retail.
  • Knowledge of Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
