Job Title: Business Development Manager - German Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead B2B project sales in the German market, focusing on North Rhine-Westphalia.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless handovers and execution.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, info sessions, and B2B events, promoting the brand and services.
  • Network actively to expand professional circles and open new doors for business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Develop and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, documentation, and workflow within the team.
Requirements:
  • German national, preferably based in North Rhine-Westphalia.
  • Proven track record in business development and B2B sales, ideally in the energy or construction sector.
  • Excellent at opening doors and forging new business connections.
  • Strong ability to convince and inspire confidence with in-depth knowledge of the field.
  • Customer-oriented, with a passion for offering tailored solutions.
  • Familiar with the construction industry, with existing networks being a plus.
  • Knowledge of solar panels, battery systems, and/or charging stations is a bonus.
  • Thrives on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
