Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing business development initiatives, and expanding sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and implement business development initiatives to expand sales channels.
  • Build long-term partnerships with new solar sales channels in the DACH market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with major European solar/renewable energy distributors.
  • Responsible for DACH region offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums.
  • Plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and complete sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery), power equipment tools, and RV field industries.
  • Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors are desired.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree specialized in marketing is preferred.
  • Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver.
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and able to think in other people's shoes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German (C1 and above) and English (C1 and above), additional European language fluency will be a plus.
