Business Development Manager

CHEP is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our European Key Accounts (EKA) team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive growth
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the European market and industry trends
- Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
