Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Medi-Globe Group. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Bettering our product portfolio in the gastroenterology or urology sector
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans and accompanying marketing materials, communication guides, PR, and social media activities
  • Conducting regular and systematic surveys, market, and competition analyses, and evaluating them qualitatively and quantitatively for post-market surveillance
  • Supporting the implementation and execution of clinical evaluations and studies
  • Identifying new product ideas with technical and economic feasibility assessments
  • Obtaining approvals and maintaining product data
  • Conducting internal and external training and presentations on product- and marketing-related topics
  • Supporting budget and sales planning based on sales forecasts
  • Participating in trade shows, congresses, and training events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business economics, business engineering, medical technology, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in sales, product management, or marketing in the medical technology sector, preferably in gastroenterology or urology
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with project management experience being an asset
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to learn company-specific software and processes
  • Knowledge of marketing medical technology to successfully position product solutions
  • Team spirit, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Empathy and persuasion skills
  • Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking
