Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Medi-Globe Group. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our product portfolio in the gastroenterology or urology segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and accompanying marketing materials, communication guides, PR, and social media activities
- Conduct regular and systematic surveys, market, and competitor analyses, and evaluate their results in qualitative and quantitative terms for post-market surveillance
- Support the implementation and execution of clinical evaluations and studies
- Identify new product ideas with technical and economic feasibility checks
- Obtain approvals and maintain product data
- Conduct internal and external training and presentations on product- and marketing-related topics
- Support budget and sales planning based on sales forecasts
- Participate in trade shows, congresses, and training events
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales, product management, or marketing in the medical technology sector, preferably in gastroenterology or urology
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, project management experience is an asset
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn company-specific software and processes
- Knowledge of marketing medical technology to successfully position product solutions
- Team player, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking
- Empathy and persuasion skills
- Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
