Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Medi-Globe Group. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our product portfolio in the gastroenterology or urology segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and accompanying marketing materials, communication guides, PR, and social media activities
  • Conduct regular and systematic surveys, market, and competitor analyses, and evaluate their results in qualitative and quantitative terms for post-market surveillance
  • Support the implementation and execution of clinical evaluations and studies
  • Identify new product ideas with technical and economic feasibility checks
  • Obtain approvals and maintain product data
  • Conduct internal and external training and presentations on product- and marketing-related topics
  • Support budget and sales planning based on sales forecasts
  • Participate in trade shows, congresses, and training events

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in sales, product management, or marketing in the medical technology sector, preferably in gastroenterology or urology
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, project management experience is an asset
  • Good IT skills and willingness to learn company-specific software and processes
  • Knowledge of marketing medical technology to successfully position product solutions
  • Team player, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Empathy and persuasion skills
  • Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
