About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders, negotiating with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and improve departmental processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Technical or commercial education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with printed circuit boards is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of AX, Salesforce, and BI Qlickview/Qlicksense is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German and English languages.
