Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Efficiently manage order entries, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiations: Conduct negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for both parties.
- Customer Inquiries: Promptly respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding the order process, including inventory checks and order adjustments.
- Process Optimization: Monitor and improve departmental processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with all parties involved in the order process, both internally and externally.
- Customer Satisfaction: Continuously improve customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
- Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice on PCB solutions, including cost and production optimizations, and select suitable partners.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on KPIs, SWOT analyses, and account progress to stakeholders.
- Education: Technical or commercial education or comparable qualifications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience: Ideally, experience working with printed circuit boards and knowledge of AX, Salesforce, BI Qlickview/Qlicksense.
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken German and English skills.
